OUR ORGANIZATION

Our organization revolves around our extensive experiences in Philippine local government units. Our in-depth understanding of local governments combined with our intense studies on management trends, International governance, project management, and evolving technologies make us an extremely proactive organization.

Our organization consists of 90 plus young men and women. Our youth gives us the drive to try new things and break the barriers of the old mold. We innovate to make things better— for you. We constantly learn. We also know how to unlearn to view innovations from a clear perspective.

Our organization is built to serve your constantly evolving needs at the fastest speed of implementation possible. We refuse to be bound by internal bureaucracies or time constraints because we know that your government needs e-government now.

People

Our people are recruited on the basis of their potentials, talents, and attitudes to life. We seldom hire for skill or experience on our business-critical positions because Amellar is not a career, but a way of life.

We believe that new graduates are more open to new ideas and have a better capacity to learn new things. We invest our time and effort to mentor, coach, and form productive habits for our people.
