  • Computerized revenue generating system, installed and implemented in 2000, consisting of –
    • Software applications including licenses as follows:
      • Amellar RPTA.
      • Amellar BPLS.
    • Database construction, which includes the build-up, cleansing, and reconciliation of digital records at the CAO, BPLO and CTO.
    • Hardware and LAN. IBM Server, IBM workstations, OKI printers, and 12-node temporary and permanent structured network.
    • Training and technical support.
Major Accomplishments
  • Identified tax delinquencies amounting to more than PhP257.3 Million, 68% of which is owed by the top 1,000 real property tax delinquent accounts, as of 31 December 2001.
  • Improved the billing and collection process by promoting transparency, fairness and uniformity in assessment and payment of taxes, fees, and other charges.
  • Sorted out duplicate or erroneous records maintained in the manual system.
