- Document imaging, installed and implemented in 2001, consisting of –
- Hardware. IBM Professional Workstation, Canon document scanner, and other hardware and supplies.
- Training and technical support.
- Software licenses.
- Computerized RPTA, installed and implemented in 2000, consisting of –
- Amellar RPTA including software licenses.
- Database construction. Migration from FoxPro flatfile DOS-based database to Informix UNIX-based RDBMS of CAO and CTO digital records; and cleansing and reconciliation of CAO and CTO digital records.
- Hardware and LAN, which includes a Compaq dual-processor server, Compaq workstations, OKI printers, and a 12-node structured network.
- Computerized BPLS consisting of –
- Amellar BPLS including software licenses.
- Database construction, which includes the build-up, cleansing, and reconciliation of digital records at the BPLO and CTO.
- Hardware and LAN. IBM Server, and workstations, OKI printers, and 12-node structured network.
- Training and technical support.
Major Accomplishments
- Identified tax delinquencies amounting to more than PhP200 Million, 80% of which is owed by non-resident property owners, as of December 31, 2000.
- Improved the billing and collection process by promoting transparency, fairness and uniformity in assessment and payment of taxes, fees, and other charges.
- Identified more than 12,000 undeclared buildings.
