• Computerized revenue generating system consisting of –
  • Software applications including licenses as follows:
    • Amellar RPTA.
    • Amellar BPLS.
    • Amellar MRS.
  • Database construction, which includes build-up, cleansing, and reconciliation of digital records for RPTA and BPLS.
  • Hardware and LAN. Server, workstations, printers, and 24-node structured network.
  • Training and technical support.

• Identified tax delinquencies amounting to more than Php72.8 million, 80.8% of which is owed by the top 1,000 real property tax delinquent accounts that include corporate and non-resident property owners, as of Q1 2005.
• Identified over 250 businesses that have neither renewed their permits nor applied for retirement and over 140 businesses that have yet to settle their account for 2005.
• Sorted out duplicate or erroneous records maintained in the manual system.
