- Computerized revenue generating system, installed and implemented in 2002, consisting of –
- Software applications including licenses as follows:
- Amellar RPTA.
- Amellar BPLS.
- Database construction, which includes the build-up, cleansing, and reconciliation of digital records for RPTA and BPLS.
- Hardware and LAN. IBM Server and workstations, printers, and 12-node structured network.
- Training and technical support.
- Website development and deployment.
Major Accomplishments
- Identified tax delinquencies amounting to more than PhP12.7 million, as of Q4 2002.
- Identified existing businesses that have neither renewed their permits nor applied for retirement.
- Sorted out duplicate or erroneous records maintained in the manual system.
- Identified and corrected the erroneous technical descriptions of a number of land parcels.
