• Computerized revenue generating system, installed and implemented in 2001, consisting of –
  • Software applications including licenses as follows:
    • Amellar RPTA.
    • Amellar BPLS.
  • Database construction, which includes the build-up, cleansing, and reconciliation of digital records at the CAO and CTO’s Land Tax and Licensing Sections.
  • Hardware and LAN. IBM Server, IBM workstations, OKI printers, and 12-node temporary and permanent structured network.
  • Training and technical support.
• Upgrade of computerized RPTA.
  • Replaced existing CLI version into GUI version with additional modules, features, and reports.
  • Hardware and LAN. Server, workstations, and printers.
  • Training and technical support.
• Database migration.
  • Migration from Informix to Oracle RDBMS.
  • Software licenses which include Oracle Database Standard Edition.
  • Replaced SCO Unix to Red Hat Linux OS.

• Identified tax delinquencies amounting to more than PhP222.9 million, 90% of which is owed by the top 1,000 real property tax delinquent accounts, as of Q1 2002.
• Identified existing businesses that have neither renewed their permits nor applied for retirement.
• Sorted out duplicate or erroneous records maintained in the manual system.
