Products and Services
- Computerized RPTA, installed and implemented in 2002, consisting of –
- Amellar RPTA including software licenses.
- Database construction, which includes the build-up, cleansing, and reconciliation of digital records at the MAO and MTO.
- Hardware and LAN. IBM Server, and workstations, OKI printers, and 12-node structured network.
- Training and technical support.
Major Accomplishments
- Identified tax delinquencies amounting to more than PhP404.8+ million, 97.5% of which is owed by the top 1,000 real property tax delinquent accounts that include corporate and non-resident owners, as of Q2 2002.
- Sorted out duplicate or erroneous records maintained in the manual system.
