Products and Services
- Upgraded the database server for Y2K compliance in December 1999.
- Computerized revenue generating system, installed and implemented in 1998, consisting –
- Software applications including licenses as follows:
- Amellar RPTA.
- Amellar BPLS.
- Database construction, which includes the build-up, cleansing, and reconciliation of digital records at the CAO, Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO), and CTO.
- Hardware and LAN. Compaq Server, PC workstations, and 16-node temporary and permanent structured network.
- Training and technical support.
Major Accomplishments
- Immediately identified delinquent account receivables amounting to PhP256 million in 1996.
- Shortened taxpayer transaction time from 1-2 hours to only 1-5 minutes.
