- Computerized Real Property Taxation System, consisting of –
- Amellar RPTA including software licenses.
- Technical supervision over the database construction, which includes the build-up, cleansing, and reconciliation of digital records and database migration and integration of existing database into Oracle database.
- Hardware and WAN/LAN, which includes IBM database and file servers, IBM data storage subsystem, Canon high-speed scanners, Cisco switch and appliance, IBM workstations, OKI printers, and a structured network with giganet Ethernet.
- Project management, which includes technical consulting on RPTA and onsite technical support during the 1st quarter implementation of RPTA online.
- Training consisting of trainers’ training, users’ hands-on training, district officers and supervisors’ training, practice and simulated sessions, refresher courses, administrator’s training, and strategic planning seminar.

- Amellar BPLS including software licenses.
