  • Computerized revenue generating systems (Phase 2) consisting of –
    • Software applications including licenses as follows:
      • Amellar BPLS.
      • Amellar CRS (Civil Registry System).
      • Amellar EPS (Engineering Permits System).
      • Amellar PMS (Public Market System).
      • Amellar TRS (Tricycle Registration System).
    • Database construction, which includes the build-up, cleansing, and reconciliation of digital BPLS & PMS records at the CAO and CTO.
    • Hardware and LAN. IBM Server, and workstations, OKI printers, and 24-node structured network.
    • Training and technical support.
Major Accomplishments
  • Identified tax delinquencies amounting to more than PhP189.5 million, 64% of which is owed by the top 1,000 real property tax delinquent accounts that include corporate and non-resident property owners, as of Q1 2003.
  • Identified existing businesses that have neither renewed their permits nor applied for retirement.
  • Sorted out duplicate or erroneous records maintained in the manual system.
