- Computerized revenue generating system consisting of –
- Amellar RPTA, which includes software licenses.
- Database construction, which includes build-up, cleansing, and reconciliation of digital records for RPTA.
- Hardware and LAN. Server, workstations, printers, and 24-node structured network.
- Training and technical support.
Major Accomplishments
- Identified tax delinquencies amounting to more than PhP352.3 million, 68.2% of which is owed by the top 1,000 real property tax delinquent accounts that include corporate and non-resident property owners, as of December 2003.
- Sorted out duplicate or erroneous records maintained in the manual system.
