• Computerized revenue generating system consisting of –
  • Software applications including licenses as follows:
    • Amellar RPTA (Installed and implemented in 2000).
    • Amellar BPLS (Installed and implemented in 2001).
  • Database construction, which includes the build-up, cleansing, and reconciliation of digital records at the CAO and CTO’s Land Tax and Licensing Sections.
  • Hardware and LAN. Compaq Server, Compaq workstations, OKI printers, and 12-node emporary and permanent structured network.
  • Training and technical support.

• Identified tax delinquencies amounting to PhP478+ Million, 84% of which is owed by the top 1,000 real property tax delinquent accounts, as of end of 2000.
• Sorted out duplicate or erroneous records maintained in the manual system.
• Improved the billing and collection process by promoting transparency, fairness and uniformity in assessment and payment of taxes, fees, and other charges.
