Products and Services
- Technical support for Amellar RPTA (2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005) Amellar BPLS (2003, 2004, and 2005) and GIS (2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005).
- Computerized BPLS, installed and implemented in 2002, consisting of –
- Amellar BPLS including software licenses.
- Database construction, which includes the build-up, cleansing, and reconciliation of digital records at the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) and CTO’s Licensing Section.
- Hardware and LAN. IBM Server upgrade, IBM workstations, OKI printers, and 6-node temporary and permanent structured network.
- Training and technical support.
- Installed a Wide Area Network (WAN) connecting Mayamot satellite office to the automated RPTA at the City Hall in 2000.
- Upsized the database server from Compaq ProLiant 800 to quad-processor IBM Netfinity 5500 in December 1999.
- Automated general revision of assessments in mid-1999 (Completed in 3 months)
- Computerized RPTA, installed and implemented in 1999, consisting of –
- Amellar RPTA.
- Database construction. Migration from FoxPro to Informix format of CAO digital records; build-up of CTO digital database; cleansing and reconciliation of CAO and CTO digital records.
- Hardware and LAN. Compaq Server, PC workstations, and 16-node structured network.

- Replaced existing CLI version into GUI version with additional modules, features, and reports.

Major Accomplishments
- Identified previously unknown delinquencies amounting to less than PhP500 Million, 65% of which is owed by non-resident property owners.
- Helped increase the real property tax collections by 78.2%, from PhP94.4 million in 1999 to PhP168.3 million in 2000.
- Shortened taxpayer transaction time from 1-2 hours to only 1-5 minutes.
- Improved the billing and collection process by promoting transparency, fairness and uniformity in assessment and payment of taxes, fees, and charges.
- Identified more than 62,000 undeclared buildings with an estimated taxable assessed value (TAV) of PhP1.8 billion.
