  • Application software including licenses as follows:
    • Amellar RPTA.
    • Amellar BPLS.
  • Database construction, which includes build-up, cleansing, and reconciliation of digital records for RPTA and BPLS.
  • Hardware and LAN. Server, workstations, printers, and 12-node structured network.
  • Training and technical support.

• Identified previously unknown delinquencies amounting to less than PhP170 Million, 90.1% of which is owed by top 1,000 delinquent accounts.
• Identified the tax delinquency of 729 businesses, out of 1,682 registered establishments, with total gross receipts of Php3.0 Billion.
• Sorted out duplicate or erroneous records maintained in the manual system.
• Improved the billing and collection process by promoting transparency, fairness and uniformity in assessment and payment of taxes, fees, and charges.
