Products and Services
- Upgraded the database server (Compaq) for Y2K compliance in December 1999.
- Automated general revision of assessments in mid-1996 (Completed in 2 months).
- Computerized RPTA, installed and implemented in 1994, consisting of –
- Amellar RPTA for the CAO.
- Database construction, which includes the build-up, cleansing, and reconciliation of the CAO’s digital records.
- Training and technical support (Expired in 31 December 1996).
Major Accomplishments
- Increased taxable assessed value (TAV) by 146%, from PhP585 million in 1994 to PhP1.44 billion in 1995.
- Helped increase real property tax collections by 76%, from PhP22.7 million in 1995 to PhP40 million in 1996.
