• GIS for Parcel Mapping, installed and implemented in 2002, consisting of –
  • Digital Maps. Polygon coverage of land parcels, streets, and water bodies; polygon coverage of municipal sections and other territories; polyline coverage of streets and water bodies. All vector data are compiled as ArcView projects with pre-defined legends and cartograms.
  • GIS Software and Applications. Software licenses and customized GIS applications.
  • Hardware and LAN. IBM server and workstations, HP color printers, and 6-node structured network.
  • Training and technical support.
  • Website development and deployment.

• Created new parcel boundaries based on technical descriptions.
• Implemented pinning procedure for proper land valuation.
• Matched more than 5,000 land parcels or 71.3% of the total RPTA records.
