- GIS for Parcel Mapping, installed and implemented in 2002, consisting of –
- Digital Maps. Polygon coverage of land parcels, streets, and water bodies; polygon coverage of municipal sections and other territories; polyline coverage of streets and water bodies. All vector data are compiled as ArcView projects with pre-defined legends and cartograms.
- GIS Software and Applications. Software licenses and customized GIS applications.
- Hardware and LAN. IBM server and workstations, HP color printers, and 6-node structured network.
- Training and technical support.
- Website development and deployment.
Major Accomplishments
- Utilized GIS for new zoning valuation.
- Created zoning boundaries and generated new schedule of values for General Revision.
- Matched more than 21,578 land parcels or 99.1% of the total RPTA records.
