eleksyon - Your Key To Victory

eleksyon is the first political database software of its kind in the Philippines. It is especially designed to help electoral candidates, campaign managers, and political handlers to make precise and systematic assessments of support bases, and to devise appropriate and focused campaign strategies and tactics.

Throughout the entire electoral process, eleksyon is a valuable tool to enhance decision-making. eleksyon has four major modules that are useful from the pre-campaign and campaign periods, to the pre-elections and elections proper and the canvassing of election results. These modules are the Electorate Profiling, Organization Management, Analytical Tools, and Quick Count modules.

Electorate Profiling

Using the latest digital voters' list, project of precincts and census data, eleksyon allows you to create basic profiles and analyses of your constituency - individually or collectively. And once you complete and enrich the database with your own detailed inputs, the possibilities for creating multifaceted profile classifications become virtually unlimited. Additional inputs include -

• Direct and indirect beneficiaries of projects sponsored by the candidate, such as medical missions, construction of water wells, roads, livelihood
• List of relatives either by affinity or consanguinity, personal friends, professional and business associates, inaanaks and kumpadres.
• Known political affiliations, or positions and preferences of residents on specific issues.
• Participants to political sorties and other events sponsored by the candidate.
• Contacts made during social events like weddings, baptisms, funerals, fiestas.
• Assessment of voters' choice candidate/s by on-the-ground political officers.
• Baseline and follow-up survey results.

With these data, eleksyon enables you to generate voters' profiles by classifications or locations, bailiwick patterns, constituency categorizations, sorted lists and guides for targeted mailings or contacts, and other lists to determine actual and potential support base. Thus, armed with all these crucial information, it is easier for political leaders to formulate more comprehensive and focused campaign strategies and tactics.

Organization Management

eleksyon provides an efficient and effective means of building and running the campaign structure, and maximizing available human resources. By combining and comparing the voter and demographic data with the list of campaign staff and their areas of operation - you can rationalize the most optimum distribution of your staff (political officers, surveyors, poll watchers, etc.) to different locations and constituency. eleksyon also allows you to track the support base and sphere of influence of each staff.

eleksyon also enables you to track organization - civic, cultural, or religious - that may positively or negatively impact your candidacy. It also tracks monetary or material donations from supporters and allies.

Analytical Tools

eleksyon allows you to assess and quantify the impacts of specific projects in terms of potential votes gained or lost. In addition, you will be able to perform the following under this module -

• Scenario simulation, up to the precinct and barangay levels, on the number of votes the candidate and his opponents are likely to obtain on election days given available data and certain assumptions.
• Sensitivity analysis of planned activities relative to desired outcomes and targets.
• Validation of survey results vis-à-vis targets, scenarios, past election results, and voter profiles.
• Generation of bailiwick patterns.
• Demographic targeting for campaign activities e.g., where, and how posters are to be distributed.

Quick Count

eleksyon's Quick Count module is useful for tracking and monitoring actual election results. Election results from precincts or barangays can be transmitted by various means - through text messages, phone-in, fax, e-mails - and then inputted into the Quick Count Module at one or more remote locations. The tabulated results can be viewed and printed immediately.
