RPTA Training for Trainers: A First for Amellar

Aparri – Amellar RPTA Training

The Strategic Planning Conference was a venue for Provincial and Municipal Planners who are part of the Aklan Revenue Generation Computerization Project (ARGCP) to create their custom-tailored Strategic Plans to improve their Revenue Collection. To achieve this goal, participants undertook Internal Assessment and Environment Analysis through a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) Analysis, Goal-setting, and preparation of Strategic Plan. Inception Report – Municipality of Aparri
16 March, 2007The Inception Report for the Municipality of Aparri Revenue Computerization Project (MARCP) and abgis (ABMP) was held last March 5, 2007 at Aparri’s Sanguniang Bayan, Session Hall. Engr. Rolando A. Liberato, Municipal Engr, lead the Invocation. The Municipal Mayor Ismael V. Tumaru, MD gave an introductory speech; he stresses the vital role of all the participants in the computerization project. Among the participants are Vice Mayor Norman N. Ignacio, Mr. Julius R. Catral, HRMO/Municipal Assessor, Mr. Romarico Panaga, Municipal Treasurer and Members of the Sanguniang Bayan, Department Heads and Staff of the Municipality. Read more »
Strategic Planning Conference Well-received
16 March, 2007At the end of the two-day Strategic Planning Conference for Real Property Tax Generation, participants evaluated the trainers/facilitators based on how effective they were in getting the principles of Strategic Planning Principles across, on the effectivity of the methods they’ve employed in delivering the topics, and in their ability to relate the topic with their functions in their respective departments.
