Over the past eight years, Pagsanjan has been using two major Amellar revenue generation systems – the Amellar RPTA© and Amellar BPLS© – for its real property and business transactions, and computerized general revision of assessments (GRA). These two systems have helped the municipality maximize its local revenue collection.

Pagsanjan Right on Track
Pagsanjan’s Amellar RPTA© and Amellar BPLS© were originally acquired in March 2002, and have been in continued use until today. Due to the natural obsolescence of equipment, and to keep up with changing technology, Pagsanjan has decided to again partner with Amellar to implement the Upgrading of Information Technology System Project. This Project involves the upgrade to the latest Amellar RPTA© and Amellar BPLS© versions, and the replacement of the server and workstations, with the promising outcome of sustaining the gains of computerization, providing timely reports, and providing quality service to its taxpayers.

Pagsanjan Right on Track
To start project implementation, Amellar conducted a kick off meeting and focus group discussions (FGDs) in Pagsanjan on August 13, 2010. During the kick off, Allan Javier, Software Development Manager presented the Project Timeline, Amellar Project Implementation Team (PIT), and project highlights before some staff from the offices of the Municipal Assessor and Treasurer.
