Davao City Staff and Officers Undertake Refresher Training

As part of the Davao City Real Property Tax Administration Computerization Project or DCRPTACP, Amellar conducted a series of refresher training courses from May 12 to 16, 2008 in Davao City.  The refresher training participants included the system administrators, trainors, end-users, district officers, and liquidating officers.

To further empower the Davao trainors and system administrators, Amellar facilitated a training and workshop for them on May 12-13, 2008 at the CTO-Server Room.  Participants were oriented on the three new modules of the Amellar RPTA system (Data Query, GRA Projection, and Collection Remedies modules), and were given pointers in analyzing the statistical and management reports.  Since they were tasked to assist in the delivery of the refresher training for users and other future training, the trainors were also engaged in a training needs analysis workshop.
