On April 9-11, 2008, selected representatives from the Cities of Tarlac and Lipa, and the Municipalities of Kalibo and Sablayan, underwent the Amellar Basic System Administrators’ Training. A total of 23 participants attended the training.
The training covered topics on change management, customer service, and taxation principles, hardware and database administration, RPTA and BPLS systems features and functions, information analysis, reports generation and conversion, maintenance of utility and reference tables, and technical support request procedures, among others.
The training was facilitated by Arlene Gella, Amellar Executive VP for Partner Support and Special Concerns; Tricia Oriel and Michelle Ugaban, Partner Support Analysts; Frances Munar-Cuenta, Elvin Matabang and Jester Erestain, Partner Support Specialists; Randy Juan Sanglay, R&D/ RDBMS Manager, Roy Salvador and Ferdinand Culibao, Hardware & Network Engineers.
